Looks great. Crew of two arrived mid morning on scheduled date and were done including cleanup between 1 and 2. We cannot get over how great it looks and many neighbors agree. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We were totally impressed with our installation crew--Elliot and Mike. They worked diligently throughout the day and did a beautiful job while answering all our questions as they worked. I would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased materials from the design center that were needed for a patio project. From helping with my design to material estimation and delivery, it was by far the easiest process I could have imagined. The staff assisting were not only helpful, they put effort in above and beyond that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else. Phone calls were returned the same business day, choices were better than the competitors, and the even delivered it to my house! I love the color, the finished product and cant wait for company to show it off. I'm looking forward to future projects now that I know how great this process has been.

Vinyl Outlet has been my go to for fencing from my old house in Buffalo to my current house in the Town of Tonawanda. There latest job was a fence in my yard. They provided updates on work status and made sure everything was appealing, clean up was great, and properly installed. The old rail fence was taken down and replaced with a vinyl rail fence. Tony and his crew did a great job. Nice to see good work still being done. Workers were friendly, polite and knew what they were doing. Received many compliments on the new fence. Everything was cleaned up when they left. If you need a fence, call Vinyl Outlet.
What a wonderful job. Porch and fence are sturdy and beyond compare in quality. John the supervisor was very knowledgeable and even listened carefully about concerns for my cats new napping area. I have had other people never show up but vinyl outlet always on time and efficient.
Customer Service is something that should be taken seriously. I purchased my fence several years ago, and let’s face it - this is Buffalo and the wind around here is out of control at times. That being said I have had panels come out and other issues with my fence. Whenever I contact Vinyl Outlet they always come out and fix the problem timely. Most recently my fence was leaning to one side in an area and not only did it look awful but I was concerned because I have a dog and didn’t want to have any issues with these panels. I was told by Angelo it would be about 9 days until someone could come out, which was fine considering it wasn’t an urgent need. I noticed today it had been taken care of and my daughter mentioned a truck was here but it was only 4 days after I had spoken to Angelo. That is customer service. Still a happy customer!
Even though my fence installation was small in comparison probably to most jobs the two-man crew treated it like it was $1 million job! Tony the lead person on the crew was exceptionally helpful and thorough as was the other gentleman. I would highly recommend Vinyl Outlet for anyone looking for vinyl fencing to be installed.
I highly recommend Vinyl outlet to anyone looking to beautify their home. From the start our salesperson was on time ..showed us many options . Showed us pictures and have us a very Fair price considering the work that was ahead of them. The workman showed up promptly as promised and went to work non stop .the work was completed in one day as promised with a Spectacular outcome ..We couldn't be happier and have had multiple compliments on our porch as we thought we would. Do not think twice about another company. Vinyl outlet guys are superb. Right from start to the final call asking me if all was alright with porch and service.
