I had a deck installed and they did an amazing job! We had a little bit of a misunderstanding with exactly where I wanted the deck to open up, but they came back out within 10 mins and fixed it. I had a fence installed also a few months back and they did a great job with that also! Very happy with the results!
I waited a while to ,make sure no surprises, there weren't! Initial consult for a deck off the back of our kitchen was May 2nd, and we signed the contract. Final measure was May 24th. Complete install was done in one day, May 31st, less than a month from 1st consult!. Even though it was a Friday, the team of Brian, Tucker, Matt and Cody (out of Rochester office) didn't try to rush out, but made sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction, and then some. Work was impeccable, and exceeded our expectations. I felt bad because they cut one piece of deck to match the contour of our irregular stone foundation perfectly. But I had to ask them to change it to a straight cut because I said I might need some future access for a propane line, They got right to it without making me feel like I wasted the time they spent on the previous perfect custom cut. We can't say enough about these guys workmanship, attitude and results. Thanks Brian, Tucker, Matt and Cody!!!

Jeff came out to measure our yard and give us a quote for a new fence and gate. He was very friendly and professional. He did not pressure us once to purchase our fence. We decided the price was fair and decided to do the fence. When our fence was installed, Robert and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new fence and gate. They tore down and disposed of our old fence and put up the new one. His crew showed great teamwork while installing the fence. We are extremely happy with our new fence and gate. I highly recommend The Vinyl Outlet for great work and a job well done.
We recently had our wood deck resurfaced with composite decking. From the moment, Jeff introduced us to vinyl outlet, to when the fellas cleaned up and left, it was the most enjoyable experience possible. Keith and Dominic ran the crews,and their support team was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks us. We will plan to use them For any future work at our home.
I just had a fence installed and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Hayden and his apprentice did an amazing job! He was very thorough with explaining to me everything he was doing and asking my opinion on what exactly I wanted. He was extremely professional even when dealing with my not so nice neighbor! Mikel and his crew (Caeleb and Marshal) were an amazing bunch of guys that know how to get the job done quick and correct. Our brand new fence looks amazing and very happy with the work that they performed even while it was raining and nasty out too bad. They had to truck through mud and water almost the entire time. From meeting John at the Rochester Home & Garden show, to meeting Brian the salesman that showed up on our door step, and finally Bob and his crew that did an amazing, thorough, and very professional crew (I might add that fit in very well with my personality), this company does what they set out to do. On July 6th Vinyl outlet came around 11AM. The repair man was named Henry a great guy very polite and professional. He repaired everything that was needed and even fixed more it was very appreciated.It took around 2 hrs. When he was done he walked me through everything that he did I was very satisfied. Just had my wraparound porch done and it looks absolutely amazing. Jim Brennan was great to work with and we got our job done quickly as promised. They took care of everything including our town permits. Could not have had a better installation team. Ralph and his crew of 5 were outstanding - hardworking, professional, courteous and paid attention to all the details. As part of the installation, they replaced 11 support posts and made sure that they integrated with the porch fascia and soffit from my old concrete porch. You'd never know that there was an old concrete porch there before. The jobsite was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day - couldn't tell that it was a big construction site that morning. Everything was first class and we are very happy with the Vinyl Outlet!
Gorgeous outdoor living area! Jay, Jeremy, Ralph and Henry and everyone involved from demo to installation was incredibly easy to work with and addressed all of our many concerns. Accommodating and highly responsive. We would definitely request the same team for any future project. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful finished deck!
