Replace a very large back deck. From initial consultation to project completion I am so impressed. Super great and hardworking men, very professional and my deck is gorgeous!!! They even had to move a 12 person hot tub (which I was most nervous about) and it went so smoothly. Highly recommended!!!
The Vinyl Outlet just installed a brand new porch and fence. The house was built in 1959 so the porch and fence were in bad shape. I am so pleased with The Vinyl Outlet and the crew for the porch and fence. It is absolutely beautiful. I have more work for them and I won’t trust anyone else, and it was cheaper than I thought and quality of the product is more than I expect. Vinyl Outlet put our fence in many years ago and we recently had a very bad snow storm which blew half of fence down. They sent a couple men out and they were able to fix the fence. The amazing thing is fixed it with no charge. Thank you Vinyl outlet for being a fantastic company. I would recommend you to anyone. The gentleman they I spoke with was Ryan Michael’s and he couldn’t have even more pleasant. He had them out here in a day.

Blizzard of 22 was not kind to my fence. Noticed my gate door was ripped out of its post and on the ground on Christmas Eve morning. I had a new gate installed within 5 days. I wasn’t expecting it to be taken care of so quickly. Ryan was amazing from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Can’t say enough about the way my issue was handled. A quality product that went up very quickly. Salesman(Anthony)was a pleasure to deal with and installation crew(Elliot&Terence)are perfect examples of young men who are actually willing to earn their paychecks and obviously take pride in expending the effort necessary to do so. Beyond the initial sticker shock over the price of materials(and who doesn't have to deal with that nowadays) and a very minor hiccup which delayed their return visit to install the driveway gates(hey,"stuff" happens)24 hrs. both my wife and I are very happy with this purchase. As a former self-employed contractor I enter every experience such as this with a certain list of expectations...start to finish Vinyl Outlet checked every box.

We decided to go with vinyl outlet and we couldn't be happier. Driving galvanized pipe into the ground as opposed to drilling holes for concrete is the way to go, no waiting for concrete to set, no mess. Robert and "T" were very professional, and after the fence was installed the area was cleaned up and you couldn't tell that they were there, except of course for a new fence.
Elliott and his team were great!! Came in and started working very quickly. Seamless and no inconvenience whatsoever. I took the whole day off of work and they were done in 2 hours flat! I highly recommend them for any of your fencing needs!

We were totally blown away by the professionalism of our installation team! Tyler and Elliott were fantastic - hard working, courteous, polite, neat, organized, and are a credit to their company! Of course, the product is phenomenal - but it is ALWAYS the people of the company that make (or break) the reputation. And of COURSE, Anthony (our salesperson) was a joy to work with - it is so comforting to know that professionalism is still a thing with companies like Vinyl Outlet. First off unfortunately coming off dealing with a contractor who took our money and did not complete any work, my wife and I were very leery. However, from the first call for a quote, to completion of the deck yesterday, this company was amazing. Dealt with Anthony in sales, Vickie came to our sight personally to inspect all details prior to scheduling. Then one crew stayed after dark to get all poles set for the next day’s construction schedule.Ralph, Bill, and their crew in construction were incredible. Is this type of deck pricey, sure, but if you are looking for this type of investment for your property, this is the company to deal with!
I had my vinyl fence installed 6/23 I love it and very happy. The installers and crew done a great job, and they was very professional and very nice. They kept me informed with the whole process. From the sale person to the lady's in the office. I'm Very Very happy. I got what I paid for. Great Job.
